Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
• Greet customers and take orders for food or beverages
• Serve food or drinks to customers
• Clear plates or glasses when finished
• Refill drinks as needed
• Clean tables or counters after each customer
• Follow health and safety standards
• Ensure that all customer complaints are handled professionally

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are beneficial)
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task effectively while paying attention to detail
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends if needed
