Requirements:
• Proven experience as a waiter or waitress
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and present menu options
• Take orders accurately and deliver them promptly
• Inform customers of daily specials
• Upsell additional products when appropriate
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses
• Serve food courses and beverages to customers
• Check dishes for quality before serving them
• Clear tables after customers have finished dining
• Remove dishes and glasses from the table as needed
• Refill water glasses throughout the meal
• Respond appropriately to customer complaints or concerns
