Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen and be willing to relocate or accept a work permit if necessary. The position offers a salary of 1100 AED per month.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all meals according to the menu
• Manage stock levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure that all food is stored correctly
• Ensure food safety regulations are followed
• Maintain high standards of hygiene in the kitchen
• Monitor quality control throughout the cooking process
• Lead and train junior chefs as needed
• Communicate instructions clearly to sous chefs, kitchen staff, waiters and other personnel

Qualifications/Skills:

• Proven culinary expertise with 1+ year experience in a professional kitchen
• Knowledge of local cuisine is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks efficiently and work in fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Must be willing to relocate or obtain a work permit if necessary
• Must have valid identification documents (passport, visa etc.)
