Job Title: Chef
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1100 AED/month

We are looking for an experienced and talented Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating delicious and varied dishes, while also managing kitchen activities to ensure a high quality of service.

The Chef must have a wide knowledge of food preparation techniques and possess excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for cooking and the ability to create innovative dishes.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals according to recipes, using fresh ingredients of the highest quality
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned on a regular basis
• Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance, training and support as necessary
• Maintain high standards of hygiene in the kitchen at all times
• Create new recipes while keeping up with current trends in cuisine

Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a chef in a restaurant or hotel setting
• Proven experience in menu planning, inventory management, and staff training/supervision
• Excellent understanding of nutrition principles and their applications to food preparation
• Ability to work long hours under pressure while maintaining high standards of service
• Knowledgeable about international cuisines and the latest food trends
