Position: Land Surveyor
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1100 AED/Month

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of surveying techniques and experience in preparing survey plans. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100 AED/Month. We are willing to consider foreign applicants for this position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys to measure boundaries, elevations, topography as well as gathering other related data such as distances and angles. They will also analyze collected data and prepare maps, sketches, reports and other documents related to the survey activity.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent problem solving skills with good attention to detail. You should also be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total station and GPS receivers
• Analyze survey data and prepare maps, sketches and reports
• Calibrate surveying instruments accurately
• Document all survey activities accurately
• Update legal documents related to land surveys
• Work with clients and colleagues in a professional manner

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of surveying techniques and tools (total stations, GPS receivers)
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage • Good problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail • Ability to read technical documents accurately • Excellent communication skills
