Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The position offers a competitive salary of 1700 AED and we are open to considering immigrants for the role. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, providing support to senior staff members, and managing administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities
β’ Manage office supplies by ensuring stock is adequately replenished
β’ Oversee all administrative tasks including filing systems, correspondence management and office maintenance
β’ Monitor front desk activities such as answering calls and emails
β’ Ensure that rules and regulations are followed at all times
β’ Coordinate with external vendors such as IT support or janitorial services
β’ Prepare reports and presentations when needed
β’ Provide support to senior staff members
β’ Troubleshoot any issues that arise in the office
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
β’ Minimum 3 years of experience working as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
