Supervisor - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization and ensuring that operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role, excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and an ability to work well under pressure. We welcome applications from immigrants who meet the criteria.

The salary for this position is 1100 per month.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to meet organizational objectives
- Monitor all daily operations and ensure that employees are working efficiently
- Provide guidance to employees and supervisors as needed to ensure that performance standards are met
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and develop plans for improvement initiatives
- Ensure that safety protocols are followed at all times
- Lead team meetings and provide feedback on performance
- Maintain records of employee performance, attendance, training, etc.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate others
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus
- Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision
