Optometrist
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1100 AED

Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced Optometrist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in optometry and be willing to consider an immigrant.

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and treat ocular diseases and vision problems using a variety of diagnostic instruments
• Evaluate eyeglass prescriptions and make appropriate recommendations for lens selection
• Examine eyes for visual acuity, depth perception, color vision, focusing ability, eye teaming and eye motility
• Determine the need for eyeglasses or contact lenses by testing patients’ eyesight using various devices such as the phoropter and lensometer.
• Educate patients concerning their vision needs and properly fit them with corrective lenses or contact lenses.
• Monitor patient's progress following treatments or corrective measures.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care services

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Optometry from an accredited college or university
• At least 2 years of experience as an optometrist in a professional setting
• Must possess excellent communication skills to interact with patients effectively
• Proficiency in computer applications related to the field
