Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi and to lead our HR strategy and activities. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of managing all HR operations, ensuring employee satisfaction, and driving positive change within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff at all levels of the organization
• Administer payroll systems in compliance with local labor laws
• Monitor recruitment activities including job postings, interviewing candidates, background checks, etc.
• Develop strategies to attract talent from top universities and organizations
• Lead performance management initiatives such as performance reviews and goal setting
• Conduct training programs on topics such as leadership development, onboarding process, etc.
• Assist in the resolution of employee disputes or grievances when necessary
• Ensure effective communication between departments regarding HR policies
• Maintain accurate records related to employee information such as salaries, attendance records, etc.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• At least 5 years of experience working in human resources positions or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of local labor laws is required
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

Salary: 1100 AED per month
