Restaurant Manager (Abu Dhabi)

We are looking for a highly experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. We offer a competitive salary of 1300, with the possibility of additional bonuses and incentives. We are open to consider foreigners for this position.

The ideal candidate should have excellent people management skills, be results-oriented, and possess excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate should have experience in restaurant management and the ability to lead teams effectively. The role requires an individual who is highly organized and able to multitask without compromising on quality of service or food presentation. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring that all customers have an enjoyable dining experience.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing restaurant operations, including staff hiring and scheduling; budgeting; responding to customer inquiries; maintaining high standards of hygiene; ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols; implementing marketing strategies; taking inventory; ordering supplies; and managing staff performance. They must also possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on their feet in order to resolve any issues that may arise while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

No prior experience is required, however candidates must demonstrate strong leadership qualities, organizational skills, sound judgment and decision-making abilities in order to achieve success in this role.
