Job Title: Security Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: 1300 AED/Month

We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have a strong aptitude for security operations and possess a clear understanding of the security procedures within a corporate setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategies, policies and procedures that ensure the safety of our staff and assets. The responsibilities of this position include:
• Developing and implementing effective security plans to protect the organization’s personnel and assets;
• Developing and maintaining relationships with local law enforcement agencies;
• Monitoring the premises to identify potential security risks;
• Investigating incidents or complaints relating to security;
• Responding quickly to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical emergencies, power outages, etc.;
• Maintaining up-to-date records of all safety policies and procedures;
• Ensuring that all personnel adhere to safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or a related field;
• Ability to think critically and make quick decisions in emergency situations;
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders;
• Knowledge of security technologies, equipment, operating systems, etc.;
• Proven track record of success in developing and managing secure systems.
