Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Painter to join our team in Abu Dhabi to provide high-quality painting services to our clients. The successful candidate must be able to work independently or as part of a team, whilst adhering to safety regulations and achieving targets. This role is offered with a salary of AED 1200 per month. We also welcome applications from foreigners who can demonstrate the necessary qualifications and skills required for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Painter is to provide quality painting services at all times. This includes preparing surfaces by sanding, cleaning or stripping old paint, filling gaps and cracks with appropriate materials, selecting paint colors and types, mixing paint according to specifications, applying primer coats or base coats as needed, painting surfaces using brushes, rollers or sprayers, and evaluating finished work for accuracy and completeness. Additionally, the Painter will be responsible for cleaning up after each job in order to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications and Skills Required

Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in painting in order to be considered for this position. In addition to this experience, applicants should possess strong communication skills; be able to work both independently and as part of a team; have excellent attention to detail; have good problem-solving skills; be knowledgeable in various types of coatings/finishes; understand safety rules; be organized; able to read technical documents; familiar with standard measurements tools such as tape measures etc.; possess basic math skills; have physical strength/endurance; comfortable working at heights; able to stand/walk long periods of time without sitting down etc.; reliable transportation is essential.
