Job Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a bank teller or in a related customer service role
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
Responsibilities
• Greet customers as they enter the bank and direct them to the appropriate service area or personnel
• Process customer deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, etc. according to established procedures • Provide information on bank services such as loan programs, interest rates, etc. • Balance daily transactions using established procedures • Monitor customer accounts for suspicious activities • Follow security procedures for handling cash • Prepare reports on daily transactions • Maintain an organized workspace
