We are looking to fill a Recruiter role in Abu-Dhabi with an attractive salary of 1300. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for job openings, as well as overseeing the recruitment process from start to finish.

The Recruiter will be responsible for marketing job openings, conducting interviews and assessment tests, providing feedback to candidates, and creating offer letters. They should have the ability to prepare reports, generate recruitment metrics, and update job postings regularly. The Recruiter should also ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

In order to qualify for this role, applicants must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. They should have experience in recruiting practices including sourcing techniques such as using social media platforms; interviewing techniques; assessment tools; and knowledge of employment law. An understanding of diversity hiring is also required. Additionally, a degree in Human Resources or any related field would be beneficial but it is not essential for this position.
