We are currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of 1400 AED. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for screening and identifying quality candidates for various positions within the organization. You will work with hiring managers to understand their needs and create job postings, assess applicants and conduct interviews. You will also be responsible for maintaining applicant tracking systems and documenting recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in recruitment processes and techniques.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment
• Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices
• Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Proven track record of successful recruiting efforts
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills
