Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1200 AED/Month

Overview: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet organizational objectives and maximize revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to increase market share and profitability
• Utilize a variety of techniques to ensure that the company's marketing goals are achieved
• Monitor competitors, market conditions, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities
• Prospect potential customers through cold calling, emails, and other strategies
• Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing
• Develop relationships with key clients in order to secure long-term business partnerships
• Analyze customer feedback and take appropriate action in order to maintain customer satisfaction
• Track sales performance metrics on a regular basis in order to evaluate progress towards goals
• Provide timely reports on sales activities and results to the senior management team

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is required
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Proven track record of sales success
