Job Description:
We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the housekeeping staff, ensuring that the hotel premises are kept neat and tidy at all times.

The Housekeeping Manager will be in charge of ensuring that all rooms and public areas are kept clean and well-maintained. This includes scheduling daily cleaning tasks, inspecting rooms, and ensuring that all safety standards are met. Additionally, the Housekeeping Manager will oversee the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and coordinate with vendors for any necessary repairs or replacements.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail. They must also have experience in managing teams and achieving targets within a given timeline. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations as they relate to housekeeping operations. They will also need to have excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff members to achieve their goals.
