Construction Manager (Abu Dhabi)

We are looking for a highly experienced and qualified Construction Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate should have excellent management, technical, and problem-solving skills. This position is offering a salary of 1500 per month. We are also ready to consider a foreigner for this role.

The responsibilities of the Construction Manager include:

- Overseeing and coordinating all construction activities on the construction site
- Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Liaising with contractors, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure quality control
- Monitoring progress of works, materials delivery, compliance with safety standards, resource utilization, and other related matters
- Preparing progress reports and ensuring that all documentation is properly completed
- Identifying risk factors associated with the project and taking corrective action when needed
- Assisting in budgeting for new construction projects as required.

The ideal candidate should have:

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management roles
- In-depth knowledge of the design process as it relates to construction projects
- Good understanding of local building regulations and codes
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
