Construction Manager - Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and will have experience managing large construction projects. The successful candidate will be offered a salary of 1500 and we are ready to consider an immigrant.

Job Description:
The Construction Manager will oversee the entire construction process, from planning and design to completion. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, hiring subcontractors, inspecting workmanship, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and local building codes, and managing the project timeline. The Construction Manager will also need to liaise with clients and other stakeholders such as architects and subcontractors.

Demands for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in construction management
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
