Construction Manager (Abu-Dhabi)

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the projects and activities of a construction team. The salary is 1500 per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for:
• Supervising and coordinating the activities of the construction team, including subcontractors, laborers, and any other personnel involved in the project;
• Ensuring that all work is completed according to specified criteria and within budget;
• Developing plans, schedules, and estimates;
• Managing materials, supplies, and equipment;
• Monitoring progress of projects;
• Ensuring safety regulations are adhered to at all times;
• Resolving problems that arise during construction;
• Liaising with clients and other stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction with the work being done.

The successful candidate should possess:
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role;
• Knowledge of local building codes and other regulations related to construction;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks efficiently;
• Problem-solving abilities.
