PHP Developer – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced PHP Developer to join our IT team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications using the latest technologies. Job Summary:
The PHP Developer will work closely with the IT team in Abu Dhabi to develop and maintain software applications using PHP and related technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, be able to troubleshoot problems quickly, and have an understanding of how to effectively use open source libraries.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Developing web applications using PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, and other related technologies
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Troubleshooting problems quickly and efficiently
• Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Implementing security measures to protect data from unauthorized access
• Writing well designed, testable code with good documentation standards
• Integrating data storage solutions such as databases or cloud-based services into existing systems
• Following industry best practices for coding standards and writing reusable code
• Maintaining existing codebase by fixing bugs or adding features as needed

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar field preferred
• At least 3 years of professional experience in developing web applications using PHP/MySQL/HTML/CSS/JavaScript or other related technologies
• Proficiency in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts • Knowledge of MVC design patterns • Understanding of version control systems such as Git or SVN • Solid understanding of security principles related to web development • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Excellent problem solving skills • Great attention to detail • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
