We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Doha, Qatar with a salary of 1100. This position requires a degree in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in the field. We are open to consider an immigrant for this role.

The ideal candidate should be able to manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish, solve technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. They should also have excellent problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, managing personnel and resources, preparing budgets, providing technical guidance to junior staff members, conducting field inspections, monitoring quality control procedures throughout the entire project cycle, and ensuring that all projects are completed within budget.
