We are looking for a reliable and experienced Mason to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks related to the construction and maintenance of buildings such as laying bricks, plastering walls, tiling floors, and constructing roofs. This position offers a salary of 1700 QAR.

Job Responsibilities:
• Read blueprints or drawings accurately to determine the specifications of the project
• Measure materials or distances accurately using measuring instruments such as levels, rules, squares etc.
• Cut and shape bricks or stones with trowels and other hand tools according to specifications • Cut grooves in masonry joints using a chisel or a hammer and bolster • Place mortar between joints using trowels and other hand tools • Level off excess mortar from surface using trowel edges • Construct required shapes by laying bricks in various patterns • Repair or restore existing masonry structures where necessary according to specifications
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Mason/ Bricklayer/ Stonemason/Tile Setter or a similar role within the construction industry is essential • Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials used in masonry work, safety standards etc. • Good physical strength and stamina with the ability to work long hours on your feet in all weather conditions • Accuracy and attention to detail is essential • Ability to read blueprints or drawings accurately • Excellent problem-solving skills
