Job Title: Business Manager
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1200 QAR/Month

We are looking for an experienced and talented Business Manager to join our organization in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our business, which includes managing staff, coordinating projects, overseeing financials and communicating with clients.

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a business setting. They must possess excellent organizational and communication skills as well as the ability to develop strategies to increase sales and profitability. In addition, they must be well versed in using software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite and have a good understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing strategies to improve business performance
• Managing staff by setting objectives, monitoring performance and providing feedback
• Defining processes and procedures for efficient operation
• Preparing financial reports for management review
• Coordinating projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
• Building relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within a business setting
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficiency with software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite • Knowledge of accounting principles
