Executive Chef – Doha, Qatar

We are looking for an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the food production operations of our kitchen, including menu planning and design, staff management and training, and quality assurance.

Requirements for the Candidate:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a professional kitchen setting
- Proven track record in menu planning and design
- Ability to effectively manage a team of chefs
- Working knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of creativity when creating new dishes
- A strong understanding of cost control principles.
