Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys of land parcels to identify and define legal boundaries for properties. The successful candidate will be able to prepare maps, plans and reports on the results of their surveys.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct property surveys by collecting data using advanced surveying instruments such as theodolites and total stations.
• Analyze survey data and prepare detailed maps of land parcels with the help of computer-aided design (CAD) software programs
• Identify any potential issues or discrepancies with surveyed properties.
• Establish accurate legal boundaries based on research and field measurements.
• Prepare written reports on survey results including boundary descriptions, legal documents, calculations, diagrams etc.
• Provide advice to clients on land purchase decisions based on survey results.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
• Knowledge of relevant surveying laws and regulations
• Proficient with CAD software programs such as AutoCAD
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
