Job Summary:
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be an experienced professional with excellent project management skills and the ability to coordinate with a range of stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing projects from start to finish, ensuring that deadlines are met and budgets are managed effectively.

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• At least five years of relevant experience in project management
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Knowledge of project management software such as Microsoft Project or similar tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English (spoken & written) is required; knowledge of Arabic is desirable but not essential

Job Duties:
• Developing project plans and schedules, including milestones, tasks, resources required, dependencies, critical paths etc.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously within set budgets and timelines
• Establishing clear communication channels with internal stakeholders and external clients/customers throughout the project life-cycle
• Monitoring progress against timelines/milestones. Setting up appropriate checkpoints/reviews at key stages of projects
• Identifying potential problems or risks related to projects, developing corrective actions where needed
• Ensuring that the final product meets all requirements agreed on by stakeholders
