Position: Project Manager - Dubai

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of projects within scope, time and budget. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
• Design and implement project plans to ensure successful completion of projects on time and within budget
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Regularly review project performance and progress reports to ensure deadlines are met
• Identify potential risks associated with projects and develop mitigation plans to address them
• Oversee vendor management related activities for project-related tasks
• Monitor resources utilization across multiple projects
• Lead team by providing guidance/direction/motivation throughout the project lifecycle
• Establish clear roles & responsibilities for all stakeholders involved in the project delivery process
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the life cycle of the project

Salary: 1200 AED/Month (Negotiable depending on experience).

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related field required
• Previous work experience as a Project Manager in an IT environment preferred
• Proven track record of successful delivery of IT projects with demonstrated problem solving skills
• Knowledgeable in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholders’ expectations
• Strong leadership capabilities with good organization & coordination skills
