Job Summary
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as organizational and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, an interest in delivering excellent customer service, and strong business acumen. Salary is 1100 AED per month and we are open to considering foreign candidates with minimal work experience.

Requirements for the Candidate
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant restaurant management experience
• Language: Fluent in English (verbal & written)
• IT Skills: Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office)
• Availability: Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management and customer service
• Handle customer complaints efficiently; escalate any unresolved complaints to senior management
• Ensure staff comply with safety regulations at all times; monitor food quality control procedures to ensure food safety standards are met
• Monitor stock levels; order supplies when necessary; verify invoices against orders received
• Manage budgets; analyze operational costs; identify cost-saving opportunities
• Analyze sales figures; devise strategies to increase profitability
