We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring that our guests receive a superior dining experience.

Job Description:
- Develop efficient strategies to increase customer satisfaction and ensure profitable operations.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback, address customer complaints, and take corrective actions.
- Create a positive work environment by encouraging team collaboration, training staff members, and maintaining high standards of service.
- Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and adhere to food quality standards.
- Develop marketing plans to promote the restaurant’s services and attract customers.
- Supervise staff members and oversee their performance on a daily basis.

Needs for the Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to effectively interact with customers and staff members alike.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks efficiently for maximum productivity.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations as well as food preparation techniques is essential.
- Must have a valid work permit if applying as a foreign national.

Salary: 1500 AED/month
