Restaurant Manager – Dubai

We are currently seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and ensure that excellent customer service is provided at all times. The ideal candidate will be an organized and detail-oriented professional with superb interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
• Develop customer service policies and procedures to ensure high standards are met
• Monitor staff performance and progress, providing feedback when necessary
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
• Prepare financial reports for management review
• Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
• Develop strategies to increase customer base and revenue
• Develop promotional campaigns to attract customers and improve sales
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Excellent knowledge of customer service best practices/standards
• Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
• Outstanding organizational abilities
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and managerial skills
Salary: 900 per month (negotiable for the right candidate) We are open to considering immigrant applicants.
