Position Overview:
We are currently recruiting for an Accountant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This position is a great opportunity for someone with no experience who is looking to start a career in accounting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support to the business, including preparing financial reports, managing the accounts receivable and payable process and other general accounting tasks. The salary for this role is 1700 QR per month.

Responsibilities:
The Accountant will be expected to complete a range of tasks related to the management of finances within the organization. These include maintaining records of all financial transactions, preparing financial statements and reports, reconciling bank statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information in the accounting system, monitoring accounts receivable and payable activities and responding to inquiries from vendors or customers regarding payments or invoices. The accountant will also be responsible for developing processes and procedures that ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to accounting.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal skills. An understanding of basic accounting principles is essential as well as experience working with computerized accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or QuickBooks. A university degree or diploma in Accounting is preferred but not required. We are open to considering applicants who are immigrants from other countries seeking employment in Qatar.
