Job Summary

We are looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery used in the construction industry. This position requires a strong knowledge of safety protocols and excellent communication skills. In addition, the ideal candidate should have experience with operating various types of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, backhoes, excavators, and loaders. The salary for this position is 1100 per month. We are open to considering applicants from outside Kuwait who wish to work in this location.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining heavy machinery used in the construction industry. This includes ensuring that all safety protocols are met, as well as performing daily maintenance tasks such as checking oil levels, tire pressure, and fuel levels. Additionally, the operator must be knowledgeable about the operation of various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, backhoes, excavators, and loaders. Other duties include preparing the site for construction work by clearing debris or leveling uneven terrain. The Heavy Equipment Operator must also coordinate with other workers onsite to ensure efficient workflow processes.

Qualifications & Skills

The successful candidate should have a valid driver’s license with experience driving heavy equipment such as trucks and trailers. Previous experience operating both stationary and mobile equipment is preferred but not required. In addition to this experience, the ideal applicant should possess strong problem-solving skills as well as excellent communication skills in order to effectively interact with other workers onsite. A keen eye for detail is also essential as any errors made while operating heavy equipment can have serious consequences on site safety and efficiency. Finally, a commitment to abiding by all safety regulations is important for this role to ensure workplace safety at all times.
