Sommelier Vacancy – Dubai

We are looking for a talented Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. This position offers an attractive salary of 1400 and is open to foreign candidates.

Requirements for the Candidate:

• Solid experience as a Sommelier in top-tier restaurants or hotels
• Extensive knowledge of international wines, spirits, and other alcoholic beverages
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Passion for providing excellent customer service
• Understanding of cultural diversity
• Fluency in English language is preferred but not essential

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Advise customers on food and wine selections to create the perfect dining experience
• Monitor customer satisfaction throughout the meal service period
• Make recommendations on wines, Champagnes, whiskies, cocktails, etc. based on customer preferences • Ensure that all wines are stored properly in accordance with industry standards
• Maintain accurate records of wine orders and purchases
• Responsible for ordering wine supplies for special events
