Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. This position offers a salary of 1600 and we are willing to consider applicants from outside of the country. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing knowledgeable wine advice to our guests in order to ensure that they have the best experience possible.

Job Duties:
-Provide guests with detailed knowledge about wines, including their flavors, origins, and pairings
-Assist in selecting specific wines for dining experiences or special occasions
-Prepare drinks menus and suggest suitable accompaniments for dishes
-Ensure that all wine bottles are stored correctly and securely
-Monitor stock levels and place orders for new supplies when necessary
-Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations
-Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
-Ensure that all customers receive excellent service

Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sommelier or equivalent role in a restaurant setting
-Excellent knowledge of different types of wines, including their flavors, origins, and pairings
-Ability to work under pressure while providing friendly customer service
-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
-Ability to lift up to 30lbs/14kgs
