Land surveyor job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are a construction firm based in Al-Kuwait and we are looking for a talented and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. The individual should have a passion for surveying, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or within a team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys of land plots for the purpose of obtaining accurate measurements of land features such as topography, boundaries and elevations. They will also be required to record data such as property lines, boundaries, topography, geographical features, structures and other information necessary for the purpose of creating detailed maps. In addition to this, they will need to use various tools and equipment such as total stations, RTK GPS systems, levels and 3D scanners in order to obtain accurate data. They will also need to analyze data collected in order to make calculations related to areas, angles and elevations.

The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years experience in land surveying; have excellent interpersonal skills; be well organized; demonstrate an ability to work independently; must have a valid license from the Ministry of Municipal Affairs or its equivalent; must have experience working with computers (AutoCAD experience is preferred); must have knowledge of different surveying techniques as well as local regulations related to surveying activities.

We offer a competitive salary package of 1500 per month along with other benefits including health insurance coverage and flexible working hours. We are open to considering immigrants for this position provided they meet the necessary criteria.
