Project Manager - Reef Al Fujairah City

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Reef Al Fujairah City. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling projects from initiation to completion. The position offers a competitive salary of 1100 AED per month. We are open to considering a foreigner for the role.

Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of a project from initiation through completion. This includes managing schedules, resources, and budgets; ensuring quality control; providing leadership and motivation for project teams; monitoring progress and performance; and communicating with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, can work independently with minimal supervision, is able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and has experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
• Developing detailed project plans including timelines, budgets and resource allocations
• Leading cross-functional teams in order to achieve project objectives
• Ensuring quality control throughout the entire project life cycle
• Monitoring progress of each project and making adjustments as needed
• Communicating with stakeholders throughout the duration of the project
• Managing expectations of stakeholders regarding timeline and deliverables
• Identifying potential risks that could impede progress or cause delays
• Providing leadership and motivation to ensure successful completion of projects on time and within budget

Qualifications/Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business management or engineering (or equivalent experience)
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role such as Project Management or Program Management
• Proven track record of successful project delivery within budget constraints
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High level of attention to detail with strong organizational skills

Salary: 1100 AED per month
