We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all sales activities to ensure that the company's revenue targets are met.

We expect our ideal candidate to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. The successful candidate should also be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be organized and efficient with their time.

We offer a competitive salary of 1300 AED per month, along with other benefits such as health insurance, housing allowance and other performance-based incentives. Additionally, we are open to considering an immigrant for this position.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in sales management or equivalent role
• Demonstrated ability in developing strategies that increase sales performance
• Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals
