Job title: Land Surveyor

Location: Zayed City, UAE

Salary: 1600 AED

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Zayed City, UAE. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in land surveying and must be able to work with a wide range of survey equipment. This position is open to both local and foreign candidates.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare survey plans and reports
- Accurately measure distances, elevations, angles, areas and other physical characteristics of land
- Collect data from the field using a variety of surveying instruments including GPS systems, total stations and levels
- Interpret aerial photographs and satellite imagery
- Conduct research for legal documents such as deeds, titles and boundaries
- Draft technical reports summarizing the results of surveys conducted

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics or related field
- At least 3 years' experience as a Land Surveyor
- Excellent knowledge of surveying principles, procedures and techniques
- Knowledgeable in the use of surveying software such as AutoCAD and GIS applications
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal
