Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day operations in the office
• Develop and implement processes to ensure efficient workflow
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance when necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum of 1 year working experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
• Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels • Ability to multitask and work under pressure • Fluency in English is required
