Job Title: Waiter
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1700 AED monthly

Job Description:
We are searching for an experienced Waiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing superior customer service and ensuring that all guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders, accurately input orders into the POS system, and ensure that all orders are served in a timely fashion
• Provide excellent customer service by anticipating customer needs, responding to requests promptly, and ensuring that all guests feel welcome
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared according to specific instructions
• Monitor guest satisfaction during the meal period and ensure that any issues are addressed in a timely manner
• Follow cash handling procedures and complete closing duties at the end of each shift
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the work area

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Waiter in a restaurant or similar environment
• Ability to remain professional under pressure with excellent problem solving skills
• Knowledge of menu items, preparation methods, portion sizes, presentation standards, etc.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written in English is essential
