Supervisor job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team.

The primary duties of this position are to plan, oversee, and coordinate the activities of our team members. This includes setting performance goals, assigning tasks, monitoring progress of employees' work, providing feedback on their performance, coaching/training employees when necessary, and taking disciplinary action if necessary. Additionally, the Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that the team is working in accordance with company policies and procedures.

The ideal applicant should have experience managing teams in a supervisory role; an understanding of quality control procedures; and strong analytical skills. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred but not required.
