Restaurant Manager - Abu-Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in the hospitality industry who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, from staff management to customer service. The salary is 1000 AED per month.

Job Description:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including ordering supplies, scheduling staff shifts, and ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant
• Ensure that customer service standards are consistently met and exceeded
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and sales
• Train and develop team members on customer service, product knowledge, menu changes, etc.
• Develop plans to improve operational efficiency
• Monitor financial performance of the restaurant and recommend strategies for improvement
• Prepare monthly financial reports and analyze them to identify areas of improvement
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Good understanding of financial management principles
• Ability to work under pressure
