Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both the day-to-day operations and long-term strategies of our organization. Duties:
• Developing and implementing effective strategies to help the organization reach its long-term goals
• Planning, organizing, monitoring and evaluating daily operations
• Recruiting, training and managing staff
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints
• Overseeing financial operations such as budgeting, forecasting, cost control etc.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Creating reports on progress to present to senior management team
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Relevant work experience in a managerial role (minimum 5 years)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
• Good understanding of business processes and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
