Bank Teller Job in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Bank Teller to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all customers, processing transactions, and performing a variety of banking related tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and provide assistance to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Balance cash drawer daily; resolve discrepancies as necessary.
• Assist with opening new accounts such as checking and savings accounts
• Assist customers with various banking inquiries/requests.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a bank teller or similar role in a financial institution is required; previous experience in Abu-Dhabi is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to use basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English & Arabic language is required; additional languages are beneficial but not essential.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds are essential for this role.
Salary: 1700 AED per month plus benefits (Visa sponsorship available if needed).
