Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a recruitment role and a strong understanding of the local job market. We are offering a salary of 1600 and are open to considering foreign applicants.

Responsibilities
• Develop effective strategies for recruiting the best possible candidates
• Source, review, evaluate, and interview potential candidates
• Collaborate with other departments to determine their hiring needs
• Monitor applicant data and analyze hiring trends
• Create job postings on online job boards
• Negotiate employment contracts with successful candidates
• Provide guidance to management on recruitment-related processes and procedures
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of applicant information in our database.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, but not required
• 2+ years of experience in a recruitment role
• In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
