Recruiter Job in Abu Dhabi - 1200 AED

The successful candidate will be a key member of our Human Resources team and will have responsibility for helping us recruit and retain the best talent.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or human resources
• Proven track record of successful recruitment processes
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred but not essential.

Job Description:
The Recruiter will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment services across the organization. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, making offers, negotiating terms of employment, onboarding new hires, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should have an excellent understanding of hiring laws and regulations as well as the ability to work independently and within tight deadlines. They should also demonstrate strong interpersonal skills as they will be interacting with job seekers frequently.
