Anesthesiologist Job in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Anesthesiologist to join our medical team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must be highly motivated and committed to providing quality patient care.

Demands for the Candidate:
• Medical Degree in Anesthesiology or equivalent
• Current board certification or equivalent qualification in Anesthesiology
• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience preferred
• Excellent knowledge of current regulations and standards of care governing anesthesiology practice
• Strong management, interpersonal, organizational, problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English

Job Description:
The Anesthesiologist will be responsible for providing anesthesia services including preoperative assessment, intraoperative management, postoperative care and pain management. Additionally, this position will involve coordinating with other medical personnel to ensure optimal patient care. Key duties include:

• Assessing the safety of patients before administering anesthesia
• Developing patient specific anesthesia plans based on the type of surgery
• Monitoring vital signs during surgery
• Managing pain relief medication according to patient needs
• Administering local, regional or general anesthesia as required
