Construction Manager – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a highly motivated, organized Construction Manager to join our team and oversee the construction projects in Abu Dhabi. We offer an attractive salary of 1300 and are open to considering applicants who are immigrants. No experience is required as we will provide all necessary training.

The successful candidate will work within a team of professionals on a range of construction projects. You should be able to work independently and have excellent attention to detail. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will be interacting with clients, contractors and other staff members regularly.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards
• Ability to read plans, blueprints and schematics accurately and quickly
• Good problem-solving skills

Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning through completion • Ensure that all project activities are completed on schedule, within budget and according to specifications • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and other staff members involved in the project • Ensure that all safety regulations are followed at all times • Monitor project progress by tracking activity schedules, inspecting workmanship, reviewing reports from staff members etc. • Prepare reports on project progress for upper management
