Job Title: Construction Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1700 AED per month

We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will take on the responsibility of overseeing the planning and execution of all construction activities within the project.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing construction projects from start to finish and possess excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. They should be well organized, with strong communication skills and demonstrate a commitment to achieving targets.

Primary duties include:
• Developing project plans and ensuring that each phase is completed according to schedule
• Monitoring progress and evaluating performance against deadlines
• Making sure that quality standards are met throughout the project cycle
• Supervising all construction personnel (contractors, subcontractors, etc.)
• Inspecting work sites on a regular basis to ensure safety regulations are being followed correctly
• Establishing budgets and controlling costs throughout project lifecycles
• Arranging for necessary materials and equipment for each phase of work
• Preparing progress reports for upper management
